James D. Reid is a Full Professor at the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Chicago. He is the author of numerous academic articles and books in the area of philosophy, all placed with first-rate publishers. In addition, he has published several articles in bio-medical research journals.

Candace R. Craig is an Adjunct Professor of English at Pikes Peak Community College and a former secondary-school teacher. She holds two masters’ degrees, one in education and the other in English. She has published both critical and creative nonfiction essays, written literature guides for English teachers, and co-authored a book on the films of David Lynch.
